I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Administration
Location: Remote
Reports to: National Account Manager
II. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Works cross-functionally to perform customer liaison duties, insuring orders properly flow from order entry through delivery and invoice payment according to customer service level agreements, providing an excellent customer experience. Troubleshoot order failures and recommend fixes. Manage the LCI Wholesale Quarterly Price file release.

Must be able to establish and maintain rapport with all co-workers, customers and vendors.
V. SUPERVISION REQUIRED
Limited supervision.
VI. EDUCATION REQUIRED
High School Diploma, Associates degree or higher in Business or Marketing, a plus.
VII. TRAINING AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Dynamics AX, a plus
VIII. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service or inside sales.

X. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot orders failures from order entry to order closure in accounts receivable to create a positive outcome for LCI customers.
- Troubleshoot EDI order failures and communicate corrective action to appropriate stakeholder.
- Provide backorder status to customers upon request
- Research discrepancies in customer payments in account receivable disputes.
- Manage the release of the quarterly price files insuring the correct price file is distributed on time to the appropriate customer and is internally communicated to customer service
- Provide product information to customers upon request to include updating customer portals used to manage product content.
- Download LCI scorecard from customer portals for distribution to the appropriate Directors and Account Managers.
- Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers.
- Work collaboratively with Sales to determine when/how new products or promotions should be introduced.
- Develop and manage sales reports.
- Assist with the order entry process for unique items such as furniture that require coordination with multiple departments in order to recognize the sale.
- Assist with the onboarding of new distributor customers
- Maintain continual communication with Customer Service as to customer satisfaction level.
- Calling current customers to measure customer satisfaction and keep lines of communication open for further sale opportunities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a moderate office environment. The employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk and use hands.
XII. WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When in the Manufacturing area, hearing protection may be required depending on the department.
