Grieco Toyota is looking for professional, positive, motivated BDC Representatives.

Responsibilities Include:
*Answer inbound sales calls
* Follow up on missed appointments.
*Follow up with internet leads via phone, text and email to secure an appointment.
*Contact customers prior to their appointment date to confirm appointment.
*Follow up on their visit to ensure they were satisfied and see if there is anything further we can do to earn their business.
*Ensure all Salespeople are following up on their leads
· Proactively pursue customer retention lists/programs
· Set appointments for customers to come into the dealership to go over vehicle options
· Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance for the service of their vehicle

· Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
*Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.

*High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

*Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

* Professional personal appearance.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate solutions to others

· Must feel comfortable learning and using email and phone scripts

· Must have strong typing skills
* Must be reliable
· Must feel comfortable learning and using email and phone scripts

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
