Seeking Transaction Coordinator/Assistant for a Top Producing Real Estate Broker at Douglas Elliman.

Candidate must have a high level of customer service, a strong work ethic and background as an EA In Real Estate (RE license and experience a must, please do not apply if you do not have)

Candidate must possess high attention to detail while being able to multi task. Some day to day tasks include:

• Responding to emails and calls
• Maintain calendar and client contact list
• Be able to run CMA's and prepare reports for clients
• Create and prepare marketing materials for each property
• Coordinate and meet with photgraphers and videographers and assist in getting a property ready to go to market, including meeting with painters or maintenance crew
• Prepare all paperwork needed to process a sale or rental. Prepare listing agreement, listing description and coordinate with management to ensure all building and property information is received.
• Prepare mailers and brochures for team
• Prepare deal sheets and applications and other paperwork for clients
• Communicate with clients as needed
• Assist with showings and Open Houses when needed (this is occasional)
• Maintain and update client database/ CRM
• Implement procedures to ensure a smooth transaction

This job requires a NYS Real Estate License. This is not a remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New York, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Powerpoint: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Required)
