Property management company search for a leasing agent. If you possess some or all of the skills below, you would be a good candidate for our team.

• Leasing - Generating leases, knowledgeable about landlord-tenant laws, providing information to prospective and current tenants, solving tenant issues, and marketing services.
• AppFolio - Any prior use with this property management system.
• Bookkeeping - Payables, receivables, data entry, general accounting knowledge, Quickbooks Online. Basic accounting skills are required.
• Maintenance Coordination - Dispatch maintenance technicians diagnose tenants' maintenance needs to determine the scope of work, and work with technicians and vendors for providing bids

• Provide customer service for tenants and vendors,
• Manage phone calls, mail, email, and route accordingly.
• Work with Corporate Team on all other duties as assigned.
• Process rental payments and deposits.
• Create, file, and maintain documents/notices as needed.
• Provide administrative support with Property Management Team.
• Scheduling of maintenance items with tenants and coordinating with Maintenance Tech.
• Coordinate inspections, posting of notices, vendor work, and other communications.
• Work with Property Management Team on all other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Must possess computer skills and be capable of grasping and understanding numerous systems.
• Professional, discreet, warm demeanor.
• Exceptional customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
• Efficient and comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Tactful, confidential, flexible team player.
• Practice open, respectful, and honest communications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software.
• A basic understanding of Real Estate and Property Management is desired but not required.
• A driver's license and an operational vehicle are necessary for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
