Job Description

Principal duties and responsibilities for this position include:

· Consult with customers about their product or service needs or their wants

· Analyze what the customer says they want and need and then tailor it to what Gemini offers

· Troubleshoot products and services to best fit their needs and expectations

· Receive customer calls of requests for products and services and promote and ensure the highest quality and standards are met when customer calls are received

· Liaison between customers and the sales force

· Informs customers of new products and services available to them

· Interacts with shipping, scheduling and production to that customer requirements and time frames are implemented

· Ensure orders ae confirmed on a timely basis

· Work with Sales team and Operations to ensure data integrity and comfort in available information

· Communicate regularly with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Production and Shipping Teams to ensure priorities are shared.

· Serve as liaison between customers and the Sales force and participate in such meetings, when requested.

· Occasional travel to support sales activities

Qualifications:

· Computer proficiency Word, Access, Excel

· Able to read and understand financial statements and cost reports, prepare budgets, and focus on and manage costs

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Strong Management, team, and people skills in order to effectively manage and interact with peers and subordinates

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Quality training or equivalent continuous improvement experience

· Experience in pharmaceutical environment preferred

· Impeccable Phone skills

· Ability to build customer loyalty and build lasting customer relationships
