Full description of the position

Personal Insurance Account Manger -- to be assigned a book of business and tasked with managing new business quoting, renewals, cross-selling and customer service for their region. Looking for self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment or would be able to work in the Baldwin County, AL office. Competitive base pay with opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and commissions based on individual production and retention metrics.

Responsibilities

1) Perform client file reviews, remarket existing policies at renewal, and handle the booking of renewal business

2) Servicing active policies through fielding client calls, processing change requests, and assisting with billing inquiries

3) Quote new business leads and be the key contact for the client from quoting thru policy issuance

4) Help with in-office needs such as in-person client servicing

Qualifications

1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2) Self-motivated and excellent time management skills

3) Experience in Personal Lines insurance account management preferred

4) Independent Insurance agency work experience preferred

5) Property & Casualty Licensing preferred, but if license is not held, a willingness to study and take licensing exam is required

Compensation

Competitive hourly base pay with opportunity to earn monthly retention bonuses (based on retention percentage of accounts retained year over year) and commissions based on individual new business production.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
