The successful candidate for this position will have:

• BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Psychology preferred but not required.
• Must have one year of experience in senior living and/or Memory Care or similar experience that would complement position duties.
• Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must possess leadership ability and a willingness to work harmoniously with other team members.
• Must be sales/goal-orientated and demonstrate time management skills.
• Must function independently, have flexibility and personal integrity.
• Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Must possess a valid state drivers’ license.
