Position Summary

DH Technologies is seeking to hire a Jr. Sales Engineer who will be responsible for technical pre-sales engagements, inspire confidence and building credibility with customers. The ideal candidate will will assist the Inside Sales Team with technical questions and troubleshooting software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Meet with sales leads and customers to discuss how our products can fulfill the consumer’s technical needs.
• Answer technical questions
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to internal and external resources assigned Federal Sales Managers
• Troubleshoot desktop issues
• Share customer and field engineering knowledge and feedback to internal resources

Experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of pre-sales experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to balance a large volume of workload
• Ability to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
• Strong work ethic and a "get-the-job-done" attitude are necessary in our fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Previous technical pre-sales experience into Federal government (highly desired but not required)

Highly Preferred

• CCNA

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
