Minimum Experience: Two years of residential, market rate apartment property management experience is required.
We are hiring for a Community Manager for Vairo Village Apartments, in State College, PA.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Community Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Manage financial performance of the community, including both income and expenses, to achieve financial goals.
- Prepare an annual budget and capital expense plan.
- Serve as an expert in the market with full knowledge of comparable properties, local employers, market conditions and trends.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maintain budgeted occupancy.
- Lead onsite team; hire, set goals, monitor performance, coach, counsel, and recommend training as needed.
- Oversee all stages of resident lease cycle including application approvals, move-ins, renewals, and move-out processes, providing resolutions to any resident opportunities that arise.
- Oversee rent collections and L/T filings.
- In collaboration with Service Manager, ensure the completion of service requests, curb appeal, and make ready homes meet Berger standards.
- Recommend necessary capital improvements for asset preservation, safety, and competitive needs.
