Job Purpose
We're looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Representative to join our team in our Orlando, FL office. Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation, this role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create sales opportunities for the sales team, and supporting sales processes to advance company revenues.
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development Representatives have a wide variety of roles and responsibilities, including:
Successfully booking meetings that produce sales qualified opportunities for our sales team to close.
Executing on campaigns for cold calling and executing email campaigns and cadences targeting new prospects.
Building a LinkedIn network to expand influence and thought leadership, and to generate leads.
Keeping the CRM updated and accurate with relevant leads and opportunity information.
Job Requirements
1 - 2 years experience in inside sales, prospecting, or outbound calling.
Experience in selling SaaS, Fintech, financial products, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to hold an engaging conversation or write an attention-grabbing email.
Being a self-starter with good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to spend all day sending emails and making phone calls.
Having high energy with a positive, figure-it-out attitude when things get tough.
Being a team player and being FUN to work with!
Knowing your way around Salesforce, Outreach, or SalesLoft.

This is a full-time position.
Travel
There is minimal travel expected for this position.
