What You'll Do:
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will research, plan, and execute on sales initiatives to maintain and grow sales for the Company. You will also provide excellent customer support to maintain and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to build the company brand and market share. .
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Develops, plans, and executes sales initiatives and strategies assuring they are aligned to the organizational revenue and profitability goals.
- Pursues new customer accounts and follows-up on leads to maintain a steady sales funnel and continuously drive sales.
- Delivers sales presentations at customer locations and remotely to negotiate terms and close the sale to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
- Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with customers providing consistent, proactive communication to build trust and ensure long-term relationships.
- Collaborates with other Sales Reps to build on new ideas, technical aspects, and other items to enhance mutual growth and success.
- Communicates and collaborates with senior leadership on the market trends and competitive landscape, providing recommendations to grow sales and market share.
- Maintains files, customer contact information, and other data in an organized way to enhance the department.
Position Requirements:
- Education: AS or BS Degree preferred, will consider a combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B Sales experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably in the same or related industry); will consider someone with related technical selling experience.
- Certifications: NA
- Functional Skills: Self-motivated, forward thinker with the ability to research, develop, plan, and execute sales and marketing initiatives; excellent prioritization and organizational skills with a strong business and technical skillset. Ability to sell solutions-based products. High attention to details and follow-through to close sales.
- Technology Skills: Average Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills is needed.
- Leadership/Behaviors: Excellent relational and networking skills with ability to influence others; driven, assertive, competitive, collaborative, intuitive, and goal-oriented, trustworthy, and dependable. Ability to work as a team or independently. Clear communicator with ability to adapt and navigate various environments and situations.

Other Important Information:
Pay/Salary: Salary Position, Plus Commission! Pay is negotiable based on years of experience.
And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!
Reports To: President
Core Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (schedule can be slightly flexible)
Typical Work Week: M-F; 40 - 45 hours a week on average
Direct Reports: None
Travel: Traveling during the day to meet customers as needed. Limited overnight travel.
COVID Protocol: No Special Protocol; Individuals can wear masks if desired
