PLEASE read this section thoroughly- we are looking for INDUSTRY SPECIFIC SKILLS- Applicants MUST have multiple YEARS EXPERIENCE working for a Restoration Company (WATER/FIRE/MOLD) to even be considered for this position.

Our Restoration company is looking for a responsible, intelligent, computer literate worker (preferably experienced as a mitigation tech) to help with assessing losses due to water, fire, smoke, and mold along with assisting to manage crews on mitigation projects while assisting the mitigation coordinator on all things.

We Work Nassau and Western Suffolk Counties Only!!!
Your overall knowledge, experience, and productivity (speed), IICRC training certifications (if any...not necessarily a requirement, but preferred) will determine final pay scale.
Key skill-sets needed include:
- Must reside in Nassau or Western Suffolk County, have reliable transportation & possess a valid and clean driver’s license.
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must possess a great attitude, work well with clients, co-workers and subcontractors
- Must communicate at a very high level, be able to use smartphone and computers

- Must be able to Multi-Task

- Proficiency in Xactimate for mitigation and reconstruction is a plus

- Must be proficient and experienced in scoping out mitigation jobs, starting insurance claims, and negotiating a proper scope of work with insurance adjusters

- Knowledge of MICA is a plus

- Capable of managing mitigation tech and laborers in executing proper scope of work
- Productivity, strive for high levels of personal and crew productivity

- Starting at $55K-$75K depending on experience with room for advancement along with potential commission schedule in a rapidly growing company

- Use of company vehicle

- Company apparel issued

- Must undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
