Our family-owned small business is looking for a full-time sales associate for our Rosemount branch of The Mattress Superstore. We own six stores (including Minnesota Hot Tubs and Land-O-Dreams), with our main branch in Rochester. Enjoy a supportive employer and a flexible working environment. Paid time off and health care benefits offered after the first year. Employee discounts on everything we sell. Store hours are usually 10am - 5:30pm. Some weekend hours required. Sales experience required, but we will train you in the specifics of our products. Management experience also preferred. Base salary depends on experience and qualifications, plus 5% commission on all products sold.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
