POSITION - Fitness Sales Representative:
The role of the Sales Representative is to assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members and sales of retail products. Pilates or fitness background is strongly preferred but not required. A great smile and excellent customer service is required!

COMPENSATION & PERKS - Fitness Sales Representative:

• This position offers a very competitive base hourly wage; based on experience.

REQUIREMENTS - Fitness Sales Representative:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
• Must have excellent public speaking skills
• Must have proficient computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES - Fitness Sales Representative:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
• Foster a positive environment for members and get to know them by name
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
• Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
