Now Hiring - Land O'Lakes - Manufacturing Non-Commercial Sales Manager in Arden Hills, MN

This role will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing both existing and new non-commercial customers through securing new product placements on managed order guides (MOGs), driving compliance, and increasing menu frequency cycles by developing, building, and broadening customer headquarter relationships with key functional and categorical groups
• Overseeing the C&U and GPO member initiative by leading/collaborating with internal resources on tool/recipe development and directing both brokered and Land O'Lakes direct selling teams against identified C&U and member targets
• Developing strategic account plans for all assigned customers
• Working with internal data analysis resources to identify compliance and growth opportunities from customer data reports

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 5 or more years of related foodservice sales experience – including experience calling on non-commercial "headquarter" customers - required
• Must demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills and be a strong cross-functional collaborator
• Must be organized and an analytical thinker
• Bachelor's degree - preferred
• Previous broker management experience - strongly preferred

Salary is negotiable based on experience:

$114,480 to $171,200
