Sales Coordinator (3+ yrs. exp. req.) Description

Our client in the Metal industry is looking for a Sales Coordinator to add to their team near Newark, NJ. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for following leads given to you, partnering with team members to aid in sale closures, and conducting research on the market and sales trends. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a Sales, Account, or Customer support background. This is a great opportunity to join a small company in a highly-visible role and help shape the future of the industry.

Sales Coordinator (3+ yrs. exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Track sales leads in the internal ERP system
• Prepare sales quotes for customers
• Follow up with customers and answer any questions
• Conduct market research, partnering with team members
• Work cross-functionally with the Customer Services and Productions teams
• Attend conferences or trade shows 2 weeks per year

Sales Coordinator (3+ yrs. exp. req.) Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales, Account, or Customer Support experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Ability to travel 2 weeks per year required
