RWS Insulation Services is a local insulation contractor that services the state of Indiana. RWS is looking for an experienced salesperson to cover the Lafayette and Indianapolis markets. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
• Services existing customers, obtains orders/bids, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential targets
• Keeps management informed by submitting weekly bid/target activity
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
• Reports to General Manager

• Base salary Salary $60,000+ based on experience
