Requirements of the Real Estate Agent:

• Must have a Real Estate License
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Responsible for showing houses to potential customers
• Generating leads through different strategies
• Must be willing to attend trainings

Responsibilities of the Real Estate Agent:

• Prospect for new business daily.
• Return emails and service listings.
• Listing appointments and showing properties.
• Attend in office coaching, training and sales meetings or via online training schedule.
• Be able to work flexible hours to be a Real Estate Agent.
