We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker/Office Manager to join our family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing staff, organizing meetings and events, and managing office supplies. The successful candidate will also be expected to handle customer inquiries, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Salary based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial and administrative records for Property Management.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
• Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain a filing system for important documents and information.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from clients, vendors, or other parties.
• Do Office Payroll.
• Accounting for Property Management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
