Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the overall administrative operations of the company's leads program. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with a high level of attention to detail, and able to prioritize their work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry (enter appointment, and lead data daily).
• Communicate daily with sales force.
• Report preparation (prepare daily, weekly, & monthly sales reports)
• Prepare/submit retail contract packets.
• Assist with job scheduling and customer service issues.
• Review contracts packets for accuracy and P&L issues (smart estimates).
• Update retail contracts and documents as needed.
• Prepare material & work orders.
• Manage lead appointment calendar.
• Maintain CRM contact cards with updated info.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role in a medical practice or dental office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. (Preferred)
• Must have excellent customer service skills with strong phone etiquette. (Preferred)
• Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through on tasks. (Preferred)
• Must be proficient in using technology such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Applications. (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
