Living Earth Customer Service/Sales Support Representative – Nashville

Living Earth, the leading producer of premium soil blends and elite mulch in Texas and Tennessee is seeking a full-time customer service/sales support representative to continue our growth in Nashville. The successful candidate will be available to work Monday through Saturday (half day) and will serve as the liaison between outside sales, customer service and our customers; providing exemplary service to every aspect of the role. This candidate must be dynamic and hands-on with a strong moral compass and the ability to multitask in an often-fast paced environment.

Responsibilities Overview:

· Support the sales function with customer orders. Answer customer questions about products, orders, and delivery.

· Hunt for new opportunities via outbound phone calls and emails. Follow-up on leads.

· Work with dispatch to schedule order delivery and ensure trucks are routed efficiently to maximize load densities. Maintain communication with drivers to ensure the schedule is being kept.

· Provide overall support to the office.

· Provide back/up for customer service representatives.

Qualifications:

· Strong collaborative style with the ability to work with all levels in the organization.

· Highly effective interpersonal skills including written and oral communication methods to effectively adapt to the various stakeholders.

· Attention to detail including a personal commitment to all health and safety guidelines.

· Understanding of bulk materials management and oversight of logistics/ delivery/ dispatch of similar scale.

· Experience with Microsoft Office Products and working with truck scales/software.
