National Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a sales representative to join our team in the Knoxville, TN area.

Position and Responsibilities: You will serve on a full-time basis in the position of Sales Account Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing. You will assume and discharge such responsibilities as are customary and commensurate with such position and as the NSP Operations Manager or other NSP management personnel may request.

These responsibilities include, without limitation, executing directed and supervised marketing and sales of NSP's products and services, coordination of marketing efforts with full daily written reporting to NSP management of marketing and sales efforts, programs and results, tracking and ensuring follow up with existing and potential customers, coordinating and executing delivery of marketing materials to potential customers, and ensuring that customers view the NSP brand as being associated with the highest quality products and services. During the term of your employment, you will devote your skill, experience and attention to your duties and responsibilities and will perform them faithfully, diligently and competently.

In addition, you will comply with and be bound by the operating policies, procedures and practices of NSP in effect from time to time during your employment. You will also be expected to perform your duties to the best of your abilities and with the utmost professionalism with full attention to and compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure that the Company’s license to operate is not negatively impacted and its name and reputation are maintained in the highest regard by its customers and the business communities in which it operates. In addition, to your role you will develop and maintain relationships with patients and medical providers. You will be given the essential tools with extensive training to learn the business through your own research, in-house and direct field training. You will be expected to build and grow each of your accounts and be willing to expand those accounts in other states. This position is not only an individual effort, but you will work closely with a team. You will be required to research and plan out marketing ideas and bring new ideas to the table. • Must live in the Oakridge or Knoxville area
• Experience: Sales experience required, Pharmaceutical experience preferred, but not required
• Education: BS or Associate college degree preferred, but not required
