Position Summary:
Responsible for CountryMark lubricant sales. The company currently sells $15 million worth of lubricant products annually.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the following):
- Develop a lubricants’ sales plan to achieve the profitability and sales goals for CountryMark’s lubricants division.
- Sell CountryMark lubricants to CountryMark members.
- Seek opportunities for lubricant jobber buyouts.
- Seek opportunities to transition member buyouts to the CountryMark Advantage brand.
- Work with Lubricant and Equipment Manager to set lubricant pricing and margin structures.
- Forecast inventory needs and work with the Lubricant and Equipment Manager to order products for stock.
- Assist in the implementation of the company’s lubricant marketing plans.
- Make lubricant sales presentations.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Manage customer complaints as needed.
- Demonstrate in all work endeavors CountryMark values, which include excellence, quality, improvement, innovation, integrity, and reliability.
Job Qualifications (refers to job, not incumbent):
Education: Minimum: Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum: 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, or a related field.
Licenses, Certifications or Registrations: Employee must have a valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle or their own vehicle for work purposes.
Other:
- Broad and deep knowledge of lubricants.
- Proven ability to sell and negotiate.
- Ability to operate effectively as a member of a strong, interdependent work team.
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization and customer operations.

- Organized.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platform. Preference given to D365 and Exflow experience.
- Knowledge of business accounting principles, budget preparation, and strong business acumen.
