Retail Sales Business Development Manager in Phoenix, AZ
CAG Acceptance, LLC is an Arizona based full service indirect automobile finance company specializing in sub-prime auto loans. We are searching for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with our network of new and used car dealers to develop new business. The ideal candidate has a strong automotive finance background, including sub-prime finance and indirect lending, and a results-oriented mindset while delivering excellent customer service.

Core Responsibilities:
- Generating indirect subprime auto loan applications and provide conditional approvals or declines based on company criteria and guidelines
- Calculate income, analyze book values, and review credit reports
- Communicate funding decisions to dealers in a timely manner
- Fund loan applications that meet approvals and conditions
- Review complete loan packages for compliance and adherence to company loan processing standards
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Stay abreast of competing markets
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years of auto finance business development experience
- Strong understanding of subprime auto finance, credit analysis, auto loan underwriting, and loan processing and funding
- Strong analytical, statistical and mathematical skills
- Organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry marketing and sales techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment: This is a full-time Monday – Friday position with occasional Saturdays. This is a hybrid position that requires working both in office and visits to our network of dealerships.
