FUNCTIONAL ROLE
The Preventative Maintenance Sales/Account Representative is responsible for identifying leads and securing preventative maintenance service agreements, as well as, providing ongoing customer support for current client base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Securing preventative maintenance service agreements and renewals from existing customers by means of on-site calls, phone contacts, and tailored letters
- Securing preventative maintenance from potential customers by means of on-site calls, phone contacts, and tailored letters
- Conducting post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales service agreements have been accomplished per company standards, and customers are fully satisfied
- Maintaining and improving sales skills via self-study, seminars, etc.
- Maintaining written and electronic records of service agreement-related leads, contacts, referrals, etc.
- Meeting or exceeding all Sales Plans / Sales Quotas on an annual basis
- Performing sales-related duties as directed by the General Manager
- Coordination with Office Manager to follow up on any past due collections with specific clients.
- Serve as liaison between pm technicians and customers to quickly address and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Routinely provide check-ins with customers to ensure that customer is satisfied with quality and service level or their account.
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to operate all modern office machines including computer, copy/fax machine, etc.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A minimum of five (5) years experience in the HVAC industry, in addition to, a service sales background. Must have a working knowledge of MS Office, & CRM database programs. Must have business development experience and possess exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
