Here's what you'll be doing on a weekly basis:

• Identify sales targets by making proactive phone calls, field visits, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate opportunities for sales.
• Use a CRM system and emailing platform. If you enjoy social media and marketing...even better!
• Schedule appointments with prospects, communicate with lost accounts and try to get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities.
• Support the goals of the Sales team.
• When you achieve objectives, you'll get PROMOTED and you'll be earning even more incentive compensation!

Working Conditions

• On-site in Oklahoma City (not remote or hybrid)
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Casual Business Dress

Must Have:

• Good attitude a MUST!
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Prior history of building and establishing relationships
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Great to Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of sales and/or support work experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Cold calling/prospecting experience
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform experience
