We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. The company is looking for candidates with prior sales experience who are motivated and able to work independently. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and is known for their ability to make important decisions quickly, while also building up long-lasting relationships. The goal is lead conversion while maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-potential customers.
• Implement effective strategies to increase sales.
• Present and negotiate offers in order to reach sales goals.
• Calculate commission and other payouts to ensure they are consistent with company policy and regulations.
• Provide high quality customer service to existing clients and develop new business relationships.
• Create, manage, and leverage a network of contacts with customers.
• Be willing to learn the industry
• Stay up-to-date on innovations in the field.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Moonachie, NJ 07074 or Miami, FL 33133

Job Type: Full-time- 100% Commission Pay

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
