Position Overview :
Successful American Family Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative (Base Salary + Commission & Bonus). Responsibilities :

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Sales support can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Prepares quotations and applications and delivers effective presentations in order to close sales.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.

Role Requirements :

• Successfully obtain and maintain a property & casualty license.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities, and organize work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc)

• Base salary starting at $13.00 per hour (varies based on experience)

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
