Automotive knowledge and experience is a plus. We are looking for someone with an interest in the auto industry.

Summary of Duties:

Inside sales, vehicle accessories sales, helping walk-in customers, scheduling installation appointments, taking incoming phone calls, replying to online inquires, tracking open orders, customer service, customer follow-up, data entry, organization of product and product information.

Essential Job Functions:

• Sell vehicle accessories and continuously increase product knowledge
• Responsible for entry of sales orders. Manage sales order until installed and invoiced.
• Responsible for Contacting customers when parts come in.
• Responsible for scheduling installations and customer appointments.
• Track and manage open orders
• Consistently check and respond to online inquiries using CRM
• Work events and shows as needed
• Assist with showfloor organization and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Retail Sales, Automotive Accessories, Vehicle Sales, Car Dealership Sales
• Computer Skills: Outlook, Excel, Data Entry (Epicor), CRM System (Hubspot)

Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time, Base Salary plus Commission

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
