Job Description:
The Sales Account Manager will work to provide clients with outstanding, quality customer service for all HVAC/Mechanical Service, Retrofit and Maintenance needs.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, generating revenue by developing market strategy, lead generation, recommending new services with existing and new clients. Manage pre-existing clientele portfolio, Develop additional means to grow new market opportunities and accounts, attend sales meetings as required, initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements. Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications. Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Working with Service Department Manager on various projects. Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills. Presentation skills, closing skills, prospecting skills, and persistence in meeting sales goals.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm; vacation, personal time, sick, holiday pay provided. We are an employee-owned company, clean drug screening a condition of employment. Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
