Are you looking for a challenging but rewarding opportunity? C & E Wurzer Builders seeks a motivated sales & marketing professional to cultivate business, generate sales, and support existing customers and prospects in the building of their beautiful new home. Experience in new home sales preferred.

The qualified candidate will present a professional image, be self-motivated, and be driven to do what it takes to succeed. They must be able to network and engage in the surrounding community, work with general real estate agents, do marketing, and, most of all, close sales for this reputable builder. The right candidate must have a proven sales track record in either B2B or B2C sales, preferably in new homes or related. Excellent computer and social media skills are required. Must have at least a 2-year college degree and either have a current Wisconsin RE license or be willing to get one within the first 2 months of employment.

We provide an excellent mentoring and training program. Draw + commission.

Weekends are the best time to get new buyers. Therefore, we require our area sales manager to cover the sales centers on Saturday and Sunday. Days off are Monday & Tuesday.

Successful new home sales managers know how to stay organized and focused, understand the value of working by appointment, and don't think about punching a time clock, instead, they have an attitude of "get it done." Those with that mentality can expect to make a six-figure income within the first year to 18 months in this business and build from there.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
