Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Provide guidance, product information, and tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Develop relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact. Regularly communicate with customers to address inquiries, offer recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered. Train customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales and enhance customer value.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as a point of contact for customer issues, resolving concerns promptly and effectively. Act as an advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and sales best practices. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in retail sales.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
