Job Summary

• The position is responsible for order fulfillment associated with recurring supplies for Avera Home Medical Equipment patients.
• This includes patient intake information, selecting & supplying appropriate supplies.

Education and/or Experience

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting. HME experience is preferred.
• Must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly on the telephone.
• Must possess excellent follow-up skills.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, occasional weekend; 80 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.50 - $21.25 per hour
