Full description of the position

We are looking for a successful, passionate, driven sales professional to join our Team. The primary role of the Sales Specialist is to ensure that the strategic goals of the business are met through continuous contact and relationship building with existing dealers, end users of our products and prospective new customers.

· Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.

· Generate new and repeat sales.

· Develop new business opportunities.

· Use Cold calling, e-mailing and social media to generate new sales.

· Manage and grow sales from existing dealer’s.

· Visiting dealers and prospective customers, presenting/demonstrating new products.

· Participating in trade shows.

· Log all activities in Salesforce CRM.

Education, Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field of Study / 1 to 2 years of lighting industry experience.

· Knowledge of the entertainment lighting industry, products, processes, and people.

· Proven sales track record or achieving monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.

· Strong verbal and written communications.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills.

· Ability to do formal and informal presentations to small and large groups.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Experience using Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
