Full description of the position

We are an Independent Insurance Agency seeking experienced Commercial Lines candidates for an immediate opening in our Shelton CT office. CSR's and account managers with responsibility for all aspects of client service for our growing book of business. CT P & C license required, designations preferred ACSR, CISR. Prefer a Minimum 3 + years experience working in an independent agency, however we are willing to train entry level candidates. Ability to work with producers placing new business, rounding accounts and retaining business by providing exceptional customer service. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced professional environment .Strong organizational skills and time management. Intermediate computer skills. Experience with Applied Systems Epic a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
