Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
• Analyze market conditions and develop strategies and initiatives to assist clients with selling or purchasing a property
• Negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Find new listing & purchasing opportunities with new clients.
• Provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying and selling properties.
• Enhance existing customer relationships to improve customer loyalty.
• Cultivate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis.
• Understand the market, including trends, local real estate laws, regulations, and rules of conduct calculated to operate in the best interest of clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
