Delaware Valley's leading retirement services provider is seeking a highly energetic and self-motivating producer.

Job description includes:

- In person sales experience selling financial services and products directly to clients of various asset levels with a target market age group between 58 and 75 that are close to retirement or retired.

- Ability to make public informational presentations at weekly seminars to attract new sales prospects.

- Experience with indexed financial products understanding the technical aspects of how they operate as well as suitability for clients of various asset levels.

- Understanding of life insurance, specifically indexed universal life, and how it can be utilized for tax-free benefits through retirement.

- Self-managing and highly organized approach to business while still operating as part of a team to accomplish collective goals of the firm.

This individual is expected to be on-site in the Bucks County, PA office daily, travel to face-to-face meetings, present at 6 to 8 evening seminars a month with limited travel to Florida and the Carolinas during the winter and spring.

Life and Health Insurance licensing and Series 65 is preferred.

A $50,000 base salary combined with commissions; your earnings should be between the $125,000 to $150,000 range in the first year.
