Parkway Honda is looking for BDC Manager.

SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager will be overseeing the BDC department and ensuring great customer service is provided on any service inquiries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Manage and meet Business Development Department monthly goals and objectives set by the Service Director and General Manager.
• Manage all Inbound phone & internet inquiries in a timely manner.
• Build strong customer relationships, maintain customer loyalty and positive reviews by providing superior customer service and achieving the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with any customer concerns, follow-ups or directing customers to correct manager to resolve any concerns.
• Communicate effectively, training and motivating team members.
• Contribute to overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally.
• Attend all dealership trainings/meetings.

Qualifications

• Automotive Manager Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
