Now Hiring - Entry Level Account Executive in Blue Ash, OH

No Limit Consulting has recently expanded to the Blue Ash area and we are looking to add an energetic and positive Entry Level Account Executive to our team. Account Executives are an essential meeting point between our clients and customers; creating and maintaining relationships with targeted customers, as well as professionally representing our clients.

No experience is required as this is an entry level position and in depth training is provided. We have developed a thorough training program that encompasses vital elements of our campaign process, including product knowledge, company policies, conflict resolution, customer service, sales strategy and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Learn and demonstrate extraordinary knowledge of client products and services
• Retain and manage current customer accounts while displaying professionalism at all times
• Effectively work alongside team members to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers
• Scheduling and meeting with clients and/or customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Goal-oriented and driven with the desire to improve current processes
• Must be coach-able and open to change as we are constantly growing and improving

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
