As a Business Development Representative at SmartSearch you will be an integral piece to helping our organization grow. You will be a part of our growing sales team, work directly with our Sales Executives and Sales Engineers on sales strategies, lead generation, demo strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.

What you'll do:

  • Perform outreach to prospective customers via phone, email, calendar invites, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Assist in lead generation
  • See the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Assist in meeting prep and work with prospective clients through the sales process
  • Attend demos with Sales Executives and Sales Engineers
  • Perform competitor analysis
  • Schedule demos with prospective clients

Who we're looking for:

  • 0-3 years of experience in a client/customer facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and actively contribute to our sales process
  • Not afraid of failure
  • Driven by succeeding goals
  • HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and decision makers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
