Business Development Associate

FPC of Greensboro, NC is a second-generation, leading Executive Recruitment firm seeking to hire a Business Development Associate. We partner with the world's leading manufacturing companies to identify, recruit, and hire top talent.

The Business Development Associate will work with our Executive Recruiters to identify potential client companies. Your primary focus will be on generating leads for our Executive Recruiters to follow up with in order to establish a recruiting relationship with target client companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new college graduate. We will consider an internship and/or part-time role for the right candidate as well.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
