Description We are an upscale California-based Medical Spa and Hormone Replacement Center specializing in aesthetics and Bio-identical Hormone Therapy. We are looking for an experienced or someone with the passion in this industry to be apart of a growing team(medical office) This position would require a self-motivated, enthusiastic and friendly individual who has the ability to provide exceptional customer service and strong sales experience. This ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal, computer and written skills. Must display a professional, positive and friendly attitude. The ability to execute job requirements with accuracy and precision while multitasking in a very busy environment, a must. Requirements

• Current Professional Laser Tech level certificate with LSO as required by the state of TX
• Medical office experience/or a passion to learn and grow in the this industry required.
• Previous Sales experience required
• Friendly, personable, reliable, punctual, customer-orientated attitude must always be on display.
• Excellent telephone and personal communication, computer and detail orientated skills a must.
• Multitasking while maintaining focus on task and details are a key element in this fast paced environment.
• Full understanding of Fitzpatrick for all skin types
• Open minded for further education and expansion of skill set
• Good sense of symmetry, balance relating to aesthetics
• Previous Med Spa experience not required but preferred, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgeon Office
• Excellent communication skills, highest level of customer service, compliancy standards of care for both written and sanitation according to TX law
• Ability to focus on detail, medical charting completion- extremely important
• Possess the ability to achieve optimal results for patients while providing the very best customer service
• Ensures the safety of our clients at all times
• Multi-task in a fast past environment
