We are looking for an experienced, passionate and well-organized Call Center Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced role and will be capable of managing a team of call-center representatives and assisting the company's executive staff with the organization's activities. Responsibilities:

• Be a leader and mentor to staff and customers.
• Train staff to handle customer service issues.
• Manage all the customer service activities and provide staffing, production, training, quality control, and cost-effectiveness reports.
• Oversee the call center operation and management processes.
• Manage call center teams.
• Supervise employees throughout the company, including their sales and engineering departments.
• Meet or exceed service requirements.
• Coordinate sales campaigns with other departments.
• Determine staffing requirements for call center employees and for new cubicles.
• Respond to customer inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
