Description

Responsible for the coordination and closing of transactions, including those with complex documentation or structures as well as third party documentation from syndicated partners and including participation in negotiation process and ensuring adherence to policies, processes, credit write-ups and consideration of tax implications. This includes reviewing approval, preparing documentation and working with bankers, EF sales colleagues, vendors and customer to close transactions. May assist with preparing files for imaging in a method that allows others to efficiently obtain information. Reviews and reconciles invoices for funding and prepares funding requests for the accounting group. Actively participates in the development and implementation of procedure and process improvement as well as development and presentation on topic specific training items.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate degree in business/Accounting or Economics or equivalent related experience
• 3-5 years of related sales support experience in the financial industry and/or equipment finance.

• Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to deliver quality support with enthusiasm.
