JOB DESCRIPTION
THE SPECIAL EVENT SALES CONSULTANT for Urban Air is responsible for selling fun! You will be the primary brand Ambassador building relationships in the community and working with our Guests to plan their event from start to finish – you will be coordinating with party hosts everything from birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, private park rentals and more. Two key responsibilities of this role are - to proactively be available as well as oversee that all incoming calls are picked up before it rolls over to corporate and to build quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting, attend chamber and other community events to drive brand awareness and drive event business to the park. This would also require doing local marketing be it in Facebook or other media. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering a memorable Guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- 2-5+ years’ experience in inbound/outbound sales role
- 3+ years’ experience customer service/hospitality position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- Strong phone and computer skills, ability to properly track sales efforts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bi-lingual preferred in English and Spanish
- Availability to work 40-50 hours per week depending on demand
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

- Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.
