Currently we are seeking a professional and dedicated Account Executive to join the Giving Home Health care team. The ideal candidate has a background in Home health care/hospice, durable medical equipment, and/or pharmaceutical sales.

We are looking for someone that is driven, does not like losing, and is willing to do what it takes to be a pivotal role in the growth of our expanding business.

What you will be doing:

• Generate and follow up on leads by phone, cold call, in-person encounters with potential clients, deliver the GHHC presentation.
• Both individually and as part of a team, initiate, organize, schedule, and participate in regular community visits, luncheons, town and union hall meetings, and marketing events.
• Assist potential clients with navigating through the DOL qualification process
• You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, unions, and other referral sources in the medical community.
• Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our homecare services.
• In addition, you will be expected to meet or exceed your monthly quota, continually educate clients, and market our services.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc. OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred
• Three or more years of experience in sales required
• Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to appropriately represent the company to the targeted referral source audience.
• Previous professional relationships are preferred but not required
