Account Director

Reports to: Global Sales Director
Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications
Requirements:
Education: Sales, Marketing, or Business Technical degree, preferred
Experience: General Sales Experience, Technical Sales Experience, Office/Computer Experience,
Sales/Technical Writing Experience, Transformer/Magnetic Experience, Sales Account
Management, Planning, Execution and Presentation Experience
Duties:
1. Serves as primary sales contact for all assigned accounts, both territorial and global. Responsible for growing relationships and growing bookings within these accounts and penetrating all possible sales opportunities.
2. Make customer and potential customer contacts, via phone, Teams Meetings, e-mail, and with customer visits. Plans for and reports on customer communication.
3. Works closely with all Minntronix (MTX) resources (i.e. Reps, salespeople, engineers and management) to support pursuit of target prospect and to expand sales at existing accounts.
Understands/Sells the MTX prospect niche and product niche.4. Thoroughly understands MTX
Operations Part Number (P/N) costs and MTX P/N and customer pricing strategy.
4. Communicates with customers and assures all samples are on time to customer requirement and are professionally presented to the requesting person(s) at the customer; and followed up upon.
5. Understands, closely monitors, and reports on all risk ordering within their account base.
6. Works in close harmony with all our other MTX Sales Teams to avoid redundancies or voids in dealing with customers. Leads assigned Global Accounts and supports the Global Account Director on others.
7. Sets strategies for mid-sales on currently selling P/Ns and next-sales of new P/Ns; to existing accounts.
8. Works closely with assigned customer contacts, ISCs, Lead Engineers and with MTX Sales
Representatives to become a highly effective and profitable sales team together.
9. Responsible for updating the Bi-Monthly Sales Volume Pro-forma estimates for each assigned account.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
