Auto Dealership Car Salesman Needed

CAR DEALERSHIP SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

We're a small independent but fast growing car dealership located in Lithonia and we are currently looking for an energetic and self motivated individual to join our growing team. Applicants must be dependable, enthusiastic, customer service oriented and results driven. We need people who have the ability to work as team players as well as work independently.

Sell 2 cars per week and make $36,000-$48,000+ YEARLY

Sell 4 cars per week and make $72,000-$96,000+ YEARLY

Sell 6 cars per week and make $108,000-$144,000+ YEARLY

Job responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Selling cars to prospects
• Handle daily outbound/inbound calls
• Promote via internet/social media
• Sales paperwork and uploading stips
• Maintain up to date knowledge about vehicles
• Follow up and log interaction with prospects via CRM

Qualifications

• Strong interest in selling, customer service and advertising
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong networking skills
• Highly organized with a driven to succeed mindset
• Able to take rejection and comfortable making prospective calls
• Must have knowledge of automobiles
• At least 2-3 years sales experience REQUIRED
• Must possess a valid drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Customer Service Oriented
• Organized- maintain office cleanliness
• Ability to communicate efficiently
• Critical thinking- using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Initiative - willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.

Pay

(Commission only)

• Very competitive salary
• 15-25% Commission Depending on Experience & Performance
• Weekly pay
• Additional compensation; commission and Bonuses!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Car Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
