HEALTHCARE Account Manager Job Description

Since the inception our patient count, technology solutions have been evolving. To continue our mission, Sciometrix is looking for passionate Account Manager. A successful account manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. You will take ownership of all matters for your assigned group of customers. Account manager duties will include maintaining existing accounts, developing new accounts, and coordinating with the sales team, & care management Team. Continuously learning new innovations coming in Digital healthcare, learning Sciometrix technology and platform, able to demonstrate new product and services to existing clients will be the key. This position requires travel both local and domestic.

Account Manager Responsibilities: Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success. Create a pleasant experience for clients by coordinating with Care Management Team and IT to provide solutions. Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner. Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings both in person and online.
Oversee the development of new client relationships. Ensure client satisfaction and retention. Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects. Collaborate with clients both in person and online to determine product or service requirements. Demo and get feedback from customers for Sciometrix services and products. Educate customer to leverage Sciometrix platform and services.
Ability to influence cross functional teams with customer feedback. Be vocal about customer needs and priorities. Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills. Excellent technical and communication skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Account Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field. Past experience in Healthcare is highly preferred!
Experience using customer relationship management (CMS) software. Competency using Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
