We are looking for highly motivated and tech-savvy Service Agents to join our team. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, sales-oriented, and possesses excellent customer service skills. As a Service Agent at Kristy Anders Farmers Insurance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our clients' insurance policies, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and providing expert advice on our range of products and services.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients in person, on the phone, or through email.
• Maintaining accurate and updated data in our databases and workflows.
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide customer documentation to appropriate vendors.
• Bridge communication between customers and associated carriers/mortgage companies.
• Processing customer claims on accidents, windstorms, fires, etc.
• Making recommendations to clients on suitable insurance policies and products.
• Cross selling policies to existing customers and re-quoting claimed policies.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Possession of a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient knowledge of Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Outlook.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
